The Nine Common Threads

Part 2

Vehicles of transformation are all around us. Every moment of our lives is a potential vehicle of transformation. The power to realize this is unlocked by our ability to activate specific characteristics in our relationship with any vehicle, or with any moment. These characteristics are the common threads among all vehicles, and when activated, they maximize the potential of that relationship to move us, to transform us. This course outlines these nine characteristics as a framework for empowering every relationship in our lives as a catalyst for change.

Bridging the Gap

Part 3

Happiness is not a pursuit, it’s a practice. But it’s not a practice in being happy. It’s a byproduct of cultivating virtues, practicing self-care and training our minds. Bridging the gap between where we are and where we want to be is less about adding a skill, a power or even empowerment, and more about subtracting the things that enable our certainty. While we touch on a formula for the essence of a joyful life, we will put more emphasis on celebrating the quest to excavate what lies beyond belief.
